I usually feel very down when I start my day. I cant really pinpoint any physiological reason why I should feel this way. My blood pressure and cholesterol levels are fine, but I don't get why I'm so low on energy everyday. I've even started eating breakfast!

Do you get a good amount of sleep? I know it sounds obvious but people tend to downplay the importance of sleep in their lives. Your body needs rest after a day of work and if you don't get it then you wont feel ready to tackle the day. Sometimes, feeling tired is also a symptom of certain vitamin deficiencies so get that checked by a doctor too.

Yeah I guess you're right. I sleep for about six hours everyday so im unsure if its too little. I do usually wake up on my own but the issue is that i always feel groggy in the mornings. I might go see a doctor if I cant find any solution. Do you have any Internet resources I can use to come to an initial diagnosis?

Yeah I do have a few resources that you can look at to get a clearer understanding of your condition. The answer might be very simple or really complicated. So just keep taking care of yourself until you find the solution to feeling tired. Theres this website that has good information about sorted by health problems. Its called www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/ and youll want to scroll to the "health" icon on the navbar. There at the end of the list you'll find the option "energy and vitality". Click that and they'll display several ways that you can boost your energy levels. You can self medicate after doing a bit of research on the supplements that they recommend. My experience with them has been great in terms of the assistance, quality and price that they offer.
