Go for a pair of good all-rounders. The soles of your shoes should be able to absorb the impact of your feet hitting the ground in fitness classes and should also be able to cope with sideways movements. Ideally, shoes should be nonslip and support your balance completely.

Have a routine. When people feel down, they can get into poor sleep patterns, staying up late and sleeping during the day. Try to get up at your normal time and stick to your routine as much as possible. Not having a routine can affect your eating. You may stop cooking regular meals, eat snacks throughout the day instead or miss breakfast because you’re still in bed.

Health is very important. Now I have a very sore back and I use cbd cream. This immediately gives a substantial relief pain and I return to normal life. After a week of daily treatment, I felt that the pain was much less.
